The search division recruits highly skilled professionals on a direct hire basis. We primarily service our clients in the NY an NJ area as well nationally through our AAFA network (45 financial staffing affiliates throughout the U.S. and Canada).
Responsibilities:
- On-site 5 days a week
- Reports to executive director
- Design and manage multiple projects as needed and identified, including directing work of team members, managing budgets, setting deadlines, and ensuring accountability
- Create high quality, sophisticated presentations, and related support materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
