The Role
As our Sales Coordinator, you keep our sales operation running smoothly. The Sales Coordinator coordinates between our buyers, brokers, distributors, and internal teams — making sure orders move, and issues get resolved.
What you'll do
- Follow up on purchase order statuses and keep orders on track
- Help resolve buyer issues and maintain accounts
- Support our broker partners with product specifications and documentation
- Route and follow up on internal sales requests across finance, new products, and logistics
- Support trade shows and customer events as needed
- Maintain sales reporting and develop insights
What we're looking for
- Strong organization and follow-through with an ability to keep lot of moving pieces on track
- Clear, professional communication with internal teams and external partners
- Comfort with spreadsheets and sales reporting (CRM experience a plus)
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving work place
- Experience in CPG / food & beverage is a plus, not required

- Full-time, on-site in Alhambra, CA. Compensation $18–25/hour depending on experience
