Position reports directly to Logistics Analyst/Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Process seasonal returns across omnichannel channels.
• Coordinate and process transfers from E-commerce to FP stores.
• Manage bulk and on-hand inventory requests across omnichannel operations.
• Create customized pick tickets based on business priorities and fulfillment requirements.
• Process customer orders and re-orders, create allocations and pick tickets, and monitor order progress to ensure
timely fulfillment.
• Perform EDI-related activities, including PO splits and related functions to support UPC creation for new season
products, NRF color code setup, and size maintenance.
• Prepare and process shipment documentation, including pick tickets, bulk quantity splits for pick ticket creation,
invoice creation, and other required paperwork for daily 3PL warehouse shipments.
• Participate in cross-training activities and support various departmental functions, especially during peak
seasons.
Experience & Key Competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of logistics experience within the fashion industry.
• Ability to adapt appropriately to competing demands and shifting priorities.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong PC Skills (all Microsoft Office applications).
• Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team-oriented environment.
