As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in connecting customers throughout the Anaheim community with innovative AT&T Fiber and Wireless solutions. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll engage directly with customers to educate them on AT&T’s high-speed Fiber internet services, wireless plans, and connected technology solutions. By understanding each customer’s needs, you’ll help identify services that enhance their connectivity while ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
- Meet with customers throughout the local community to discuss AT&T internet, wireless plans, and available service options.
- Resolve customer issues by guiding customers through delivery setup, product exchanges and service adjustments.
- Recommend AT&T Fiber and Wireless solutions based on each customer’s household, lifestyle, and connectivity needs.
- Manage service requests, including enrollments, upgrades, and account changes, while maintaining accurate data records and compliance standards.
- Clarify billing and payment concerns by applying credits, explaining promotions, and ensuring customers understand service agreements.
- Stay informed on AT&T product offerings, service enhancements, and promotional campaigns through ongoing training and development.
Minimum Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, customer support, telecommunications, or a client-facing role is a plus.
- Communication and problem‑solving skills to explain our client delivery services
- Ability to stay organized, proactive, and adaptable while meeting satisfaction and retention goals in fast‑paced retail settings.
- Commitment to compliance with our client’s standards while delivering accurate guidance and reliable customer support.
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
