Role Description We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Visual Design Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on creating high-quality visual assets that support marketing, sales, product packaging, digital media, and brand development. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated designer with strong visual judgment, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple design projects from concept through completion. This position requires a strong understanding of layout, typography, color, branding, print production, digital design, and visual consistency across all company materials. Working closely with marketing, sales, purchasing, and product teams, you will design and maintain a wide range of visual assets, including product brochures, catalogs, presentations, labels, packaging graphics, digital advertisements, social media graphics, website visuals, and physical sales tools. Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with After Effects is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, layout, branding, packaging, print, and digital design work.
• Experience designing for both print and digital formats.
• Knowledge of print production, file setup, bleeds, color modes, resolution, packaging artwork, and vendor-ready files.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with product labels, packaging design, catalogs, brochures, presentations, and sales materials preferred.
• Familiarity with web design principles and WIX is preferred.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animated digital content is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects at the same time.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, purchasing, and product teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain clean, accessible design files and brand assets.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required based on experience.
• Bilingual Spanish and English skills are a plus, especially for supporting visual materials for diverse audiences.
Responsabilities
• Design and produce high-quality graphics for marketing materials, sales tools, product packaging, labels, digital media, and print collateral.
• Create visually engaging brochures, catalogs, flyers, presentations, product sheets, signage, advertisements, and branded sales materials.
• Develop and maintain product labels and packaging graphics while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and production quality.
• Collaborate with purchasing and production partners to ensure printed materials, labels, and packaging meet company standards.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials, including typography, colors, layouts, logos, imagery, and overall design style.
• Create graphics for digital platforms, including websites, email campaigns, social media, online ads, and other digital marketing channels.
• Support the sales team by designing professional and visually effective presentations, product displays, catalogs, and sales enablement materials.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for print vendors, packaging suppliers, and internal use.
• Organize and maintain a design asset library, including logos, templates, product images, packaging files, sales materials, and brand resources.
• Assist with photo editing, image retouching, mockups, and visual layout development.
• Create motion graphics, simple animations, and video assets as needed for marketing and promotional use.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Review final designs for accuracy, quality, alignment, spacing, color consistency, and brand compliance before production or publication.
