Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Houston Market Manager at Lady Bird Soda Co. The Market Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding Lady Bird's presence in the Houston market, overseeing sales and distribution, building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, and executing marketing initiatives in the On-Premise, Package, Natural, and Mainstream Grocery Channels.
Qualifications
- Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
- Broad-liner Distributor experience preferred
- Wine & Spirits Distributor experience preferred
- Experience in managing market expansion and distribution
- Relationship building and Account Management skills
- Strategic planning and Execution skills
- Data analysis and Reporting skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or related field
