Assignment Length: Long-term

Purpose of Role:
The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) team plays a critical role in enabling TikTok’s advertising business growth by driving operational excellence, scalable processes, and data-informed decision-making. In this role, you will support the AMS Scaled Growth business by partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to improve CRM workflows, enhance sales enablement, and deliver actionable business insights.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, operationally strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders across markets. You should be able to independently manage projects, solve operational issues, and contribute to process improvements that increase team effectiveness and business efficiency.
Responsibilities:
CRM Optimization and Process Development
- Partner with Sales teams and CRM stakeholders to design, improve, and standardize CRM-related business processes across APAC markets.
- Support the rollout of new CRM features, tools, and workflow changes, ensuring alignment and adoption across relevant teams.
- Identify process gaps, operational pain points, and scalability issues, and propose practical solutions to improve workflow efficiency and user experience.
- Drive process standardization initiatives and document best practices to support consistent execution across markets.
Sales Enablement and Operational Support
- Serve as the first line of operational support for Sales teams by troubleshooting day-to-day process and system issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze Help Desk trends and performance indicators to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SOPs, FAQs, playbooks, and other enablement materials to support self-service adoption.
- Deliver onboarding sessions, training programs, and refresher workshops to improve process knowledge and tool usage among stakeholders.
Business Analytics and Reporting
- Conduct analytical reviews of business operations and identify insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring reports for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Translate data into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for business, operational, and process-related decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, HR/Payroll, Product, and HQ teams, to support reporting, issue resolution, and operational alignment.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or a related function.
- Experience supporting process improvement, SOP design, or operational workflow optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare structured analysis and management-ready materials.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in English, Mandarin language skills are a plus.
Preferred skills/qualifications:
- Experience working with CRM systems, sales support processes, or operational help desk models.
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Experience in digital advertising, internet, technology, platform, or other high-growth business environments.
- Exposure to regional or APAC operations, including collaboration across multiple markets.

This is a W2 position.
