Junior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day financial operations by reviewing, validating, and processing transactions while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies.
- Prepare recurring financial reports, analyze trends, and provide insights that support business decisions.
- Assist with account reconciliations, payment processing, and financial record maintenance.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and help implement process enhancements across the finance function.
- Create and maintain process documentation to support consistency, training, and operational excellence.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests by organizing financial documentation and supporting compliance efforts.
- Review vendor information and maintain accurate records while ensuring required documentation is complete.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve financial inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in finance transformation initiatives, reporting enhancements, and automation projects designed to streamline operations.
- Support additional financial analysis and special projects as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Approximately TWO - THREE years of accounting, finance, or financial operations experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations, and data analysis.
- Experience with ERP, financial reporting, or business intelligence systems is a plus.
