Job Description:
The contractor contributes to the evaluation, design, development and implementation of standardized reporting, business processes and information systems solutions. The contractor will handle all aspects of project management from inception to completion. The contractor will develop and maintain business strategies, dashboards for projects, initiatives and/or categories. The contractor will act as a strategic thought partner on issues facing the business. This assignment will develop and track category and program performance as well as monitor trends.
Key Tasks:
• Lead all phases of a project's life cycle including defining the business need, establishing criteria and business requirements, understanding the impact to the business and designing and rolling out the project
• Serve as a subject matter expert and perform research and/or analysis within assigned projects or category of business
• Establish and report on metrics of assigned projects or categories to gauge business value
Position Comments:
Position will require ability to analyze customer concerns regarding invoicing, payment, and other order issues. This will involve multiple portals, salesforce, and SQL to find data, address and escalate issues, and help identify root cause issues to address and report on.
