Role Description The Operations Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Marietta, GA. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities related to investment accounts, trade processing, reconciliations, and data integrity across internal systems. The Operations Analyst will monitor workflows, investigate and resolve operational discrepancies, and coordinate with custodians, brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing. The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining documentation, assisting with process improvements, and supporting compliance and audit requests. The Operations Analyst will collaborate closely with portfolio management, accounting, and client service teams to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
