About the RoleWe're looking for a creative, highly organized Content Marketing Coordinator to own The Sleep Code's content marketing efforts across social media, email, and our website.
This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, has a strong eye for aesthetics, enjoys creating content, and understands how great content drives brand awareness, community, and ecommerce growth.
Reporting to the Marketing & Ecommerce Consultant, you'll lead day-to-day content planning and execution while supporting broader marketing initiatives, campaigns, partnerships, and photoshoots.

ResponsibilitiesContent Marketing- Own The Sleep Code's content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, email, and website content.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content that reflects the brand's elevated aesthetic and voice.
- Capture and edit short-form video content for Reels and TikTok, with a focus on lifestyle storytelling and product education.
- Write compelling copy across social media, email campaigns, website content, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop seasonal content concepts that support launches, campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Stay ahead of emerging content trends while identifying opportunities that feel authentic to the brand.
Social Media- Manage day-to-day publishing across Instagram and TikTok.
- Grow The Sleep Code's organic social presence through consistent, high-quality content.
- Engage with creators, customers, and complementary brands to foster community.
- Monitor performance and provide insights on content effectiveness and growth opportunities.
Email Marketing- Build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Write engaging, conversion-focused email copy that reflects the brand voice.
- Refresh automated email flows with seasonal creative and messaging.
- Collaborate with merchandising to feature relevant products and collections.
Website Content- Update homepage content to support product launches, campaigns, and seasonal merchandising.
- Write homepage headlines, collection descriptions, and supporting website copy.
- Ensure website content remains fresh, inspiring, and aligned with the overall marketing calendar.
Marketing Support- Coordinate influencer gifting and partnership outreach.
- Develop influencer briefs and assist with campaign execution.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for our digital advertising agency, ensuring they have the creative assets and messaging needed to support campaigns.
- Assist with planning and coordinating lifestyle and ecommerce photoshoots, including creative concepts, logistics, and on-set support.
- Conduct ongoing research into industry trends, AI tools, content marketing best practices, and competitive activity.
Qualifications- 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing and copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to an established brand voice.
- Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok, particularly short-form video.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and organic audience growth.
- Experience with email marketing platforms; Klaviyo experience is strongly preferred.
- Shopify experience is required.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to inform future content.
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
