Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Temp Coordinator to join our Digital Strategy team. In this role, you will provide essential support across key digital initiatives, including product and sample forecasting, 360 campaign orchestration, and the execution of our Ratings & Reviews program. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Job responsibilities
Product & Sample Forecasting
- Support the Digital Strategy team in the development, tracking, and maintenance of product and sample forecasts
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze forecasting data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all digital programs
- Prepare and distribute regular forecast reports to relevant stakeholders
360 Campaign Orchestration
- Assist in the planning and coordination of 360 digital campaigns, ensuring alignment across all channels and touchpoints
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Social, E-commerce, PR) to support seamless campaign execution
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure on-time delivery
Ratings & Reviews Program
- Support the end-to-end execution of the Ratings & Reviews program
- Coordinate the ordering of products and manage the logistics of sending samples to influencers and reviewers
- Maintain an organized tracking system for product shipments, influencer assignments, and review submissions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate product seeding
General Coordination & Administrative Support
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, trackers, and reports related to all supported programs
- Provide ad hoc coordination and administrative support to the Digital Strategy team as needed
- Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Profile
- Previous experience in a coordination, project support, or digital marketing role is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and/or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, e-commerce, or digital campaign workflows is an asset
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
