Position Overview
Masterworks is looking for a Membership Coordinator to own both sides of our outbound investor engagement: nurturing and growing our existing investor base while also prospecting and qualifying new investor leads. In this dynamic role, you will build relationships with current investors, schedule portfolio review meetings, and identify reinvestment opportunities, while also identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new investors to build a strong pipeline for the Investment Advisor team.
This role is designed for someone who is passionate about sales, thrives in a fast-paced start-up/fintech environment, and can communicate the value of art as an alternative asset class with clarity and confidence — whether deepening an existing relationship or sparking a new one. An interest in art is a plus, but not required. Our ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of experience in a sales, account management, or business development role.
We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the team — this is a great opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in finance and building toward it alongside us.
