Help us build Quinn.
We're looking for one exceptional person to work directly with our founders.
This isn't a traditional strategy role. It isn't a marketing role. It isn't a Chief of Staff role. It's an opportunity to learn how an ambitious company gets built while helping us build it.
On any given week you might interview customers, prepare for an enterprise sales meeting, build an ROI model, write a research report, organize an executive dinner, help launch a new product, recruit candidates, or tackle a problem nobody has solved yet.
The work changes constantly because the company is constantly changing.
Quinn builds AI software that helps frontline companies train, develop, and measure workforce readiness. We work with some of the largest field service organizations in North America, which means we get a front-row seat to how exceptional businesses are built. Every week we learn from founders, operators, executives, and frontline teams who are solving difficult operational problems at scale.
We're looking for someone who wants that same opportunity.
What you'll doLearn the business
Spend time with customers.
Listen to sales calls.
Sit in on implementations.
Visit customer sites.
Analyze product usage.
Read feedback.
Ask great questions.
The better you understand our customers, the more valuable you'll become everywhere else.
Help us think
A lot of your job will simply be helping us make better decisions.
One week you might research a new market.
The next you might prepare for a board meeting, interview industry experts, build an ROI model, write a memo, or turn dozens of customer conversations into a point of view we hadn't considered before.
Build things
Some ideas become research reports.
Some become presentations.
Some become customer events.
Some become podcasts.
Some become product ideas.
Some become entirely new initiatives.
Your job isn't to stay in one lane. It's to help figure out what's worth doing—and then help make it happen.
Help shape Quinn's voice
We don't just want to build great software.
We want to become a company people learn from.
You'll help publish original research, tell customer stories, support conference talks, develop founder content, and build relationships across the industries we serve.
Who you are
We're much more interested in how you think than what's on your résumé.
You might have just graduated.
You might have spent a couple of years in consulting, finance, engineering, product, journalism, or another analytical role.
Or maybe you've spent your free time building businesses, writing online, running a community, creating software, or diving deep into subjects that interested you.
We genuinely don't care.
We're looking for someone who's unusually curious.
Someone who learns quickly.
Someone who writes clearly.
Someone who asks thoughtful questions.
Someone who's excited by responsibility.
If you've always been the person who couldn't help but dive deeper, start projects on your own, or obsess over understanding how something works, you'll probably enjoy this role.
You don't need experience in AI.
You don't need experience in field services.
We'd much rather teach you our industry than teach you how to think.
What success looks like
After a year:
- You're one of the first people the founders pull into important conversations.
- Customers know you because you've spent time learning from them.
- You've launched projects that didn't exist when you joined.
- You've written work you're genuinely proud of.
- You've had more ownership and responsibility than most people get in the first several years of their careers.
Why Quinn?
Building an early-stage company is one of the fastest ways to learn.
You'll work directly with founders, customers, investors, and operators solving real business problems.
You'll see how products get built.
How enterprise deals get won.
How companies hire.
How strategy evolves.
How difficult decisions get made.
If you're looking for a narrowly defined role with predictable responsibilities, this probably isn't the right fit.
If you're looking for an opportunity to learn quickly, take on real responsibility, and help build an ambitious company from the inside, we'd love to meet you.
