A growing healthcare investment and operations organization is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to join its team in Denver.
This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, M&A, and business operations. The individual will play a key role in identifying and executing acquisitions while partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives that drive the organization's continued growth.

Mergers & Acquisitions
- Identify, evaluate, and execute acquisitions that support the organization's long-term growth strategy.
- Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment recommendations.
- Lead and coordinate due diligence efforts across internal stakeholders and external advisors.
- Develop executive presentations and investment materials to support acquisition decisions.
- Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and closing activities.
- Assist with post-acquisition integration planning and execution.
Corporate Strategy & Business Operations
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Build financial and operational models to support key business decisions.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving finance, operations, and business leadership.
- Develop executive dashboards, reporting, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Drive strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, transaction advisory, strategic finance, private equity, or a similarly analytical role.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience evaluating acquisitions, strategic investments, or leading complex business initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
