Sales Analytics Coordinator
At Senior Star, every move-in starts with great relationships—and great data. We're looking for a Sales Analytics Coordinator who will help our sales leaders make informed decisions by managing our CRM, maintaining data integrity, and delivering meaningful reporting and insights.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary administrator for our WelcomeHome CRM.
- Maintain accurate sales data, reporting, and system integrity.
- Create dashboards, reports, and analytics that support sales performance and occupancy goals.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to provide actionable insights.
- Support Tableau reporting, bonus tracking, and executive reporting.
- Train and support WelcomeHome users while troubleshooting system issues.
- Manage sales technology platforms and vendor relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools (WelcomeHome and Tableau preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams.
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, or sales analytics is a plus.
