Designer Role and Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with senior creatives on concept development and execution across digital, social and other platforms
· Maintain organized, accurate, and production-ready design files, ensuring assets are properly named, versioned, and archived for efficient collaboration or printing
· Effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and file organization with a keen eye for detail
· Design marketing materials, presentation decks, social media assets, website content, campaigns and more
· Ability to resize and adapt designs across web, mobile, and other formats
· Can apply brand guidelines consistently and effectively across evergreen marketing materials or unique campaigns
· Comfortable presenting your work clearly and confidently
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
· Energetic, motivated, proactive, hard-worker, entrepreneurism mentality and a team player
· 1-5 years of agency experience
- Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote and Figma
- Exposure to generative AI tools for ideation and image creation (nano banana, Claude, mid-journey, etc.)
- Ability to commute to our Boston office 2x/week (Tuesday and Thursday)
Bonus:
- Familiar with After Effects, Premier Pro, and video production/editing
· Experience in the insurance, B2B tech, and/or food & bev industries
