A New York-based real estate investment firm is seeking a Real Estate Investment Analyst to join its investment team. The role offers broad exposure across underwriting, transaction execution, deal closings and ongoing asset management.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior investment professionals and support the evaluation and management of real estate investments across the full investment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite new real estate investment opportunities
- Build and maintain property-level financial models
- Conduct market research, valuation analysis and due diligence
- Prepare investment memoranda and supporting materials
- Assist with transaction execution from initial review through closing
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in real estate investments, acquisitions, underwriting, valuation, advisory or asset management
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals
