Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that communicate the value of Glyph Guard and NXT, Security & Solutions to prospective and existing customers. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, segmenting target audiences, and supporting the creation of messaging and materials for web, email, events, and sales enablement. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategy with business goals and generate qualified leads. The role also includes monitoring campaign performance, optimizing channels based on data, managing content for digital platforms, and representing the brand in customer communications and outreach initiatives.
