Responsibilities:
- Clear and effective communication
- Takes accountability for work quality
- Practices proactive communication
- Own moderately complex design, test, or support tasks
- Collaborate across engineering and production teams
- Document work clearly and completely
- Able to plan and lead projects to completion on time and within budget
- Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements
- Assist with troubleshooting and customer support when needed
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual Salary $90k-$120k
- 80% Coverage of base Health Insurance Plan (Proactive Health Options available) starting at 60 days
- Dental and Vision Insurance options starting at 60 days

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of engineering experience
- Solid understanding of design and troubleshooting principles
- Proficiency with relevant tools and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
