POSITION: OMNICHANNEL TRAINEE

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As Omnichannel Trainee and part of the Omnichannel team, you will participate in focusing on operations support for the Warehouse, CSC, and Retail/E-Commerce Teams.
Your impact
- Learn the Omnichannel Order Flow processes and its relation to Merchandising and Supply Chain with the goal of optimizing the Client Experience in-store and online
- Partner with the warehouse team to ensure timely transfer/order fulfillment, including daily order reporting and follow ups with the team
- Troubleshoot and Open IT tickets for ad hoc order issues (order export, address validation, etc)
- Communicate with store teams to ensure timely transfer fulfillment to warehouse
- Support CSC team by assisting with and communicating order updates and cancellations, UPS Tracking and Return to Sender, and Return updates
- Support the client delivery process, including tracking and troubleshooting.
- Analyze and report on fulfillment optimizations and targets based on inventory and fulfillment rates
- Partner with the ecommerce growth manager on inventory optimization in stock points
- Assist with packaging standards to ensure the client experience is standardized
- Assist Omni Team with various ad hoc projects
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Education:
- Current college or university undergrad University student with the ability to operate full-time hours
- Post-grad early career professionals or retail professional
Experience:
- Desire to learn and collaborate with corporate and retail environments.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Willingness to learn various software programs.
Competencies:
- Enthusiasm for a career in omnichannel and/or ecommerce, with an interest in luxury products and design.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Proactive and eager to take initiative.
- Good observation and listening skills.
- Developing problem-solving abilities.
- Strong foundational oral and written communication skills
Languages: Fluent in English with proficiency in French or other language(s) will be an advantage
