Compensation
$30.00-34.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of fund performance reports and reconcile data with automated quarterly reporting files.
- Compile and verify quarterly track records to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in benchmarking performance metrics against industry standards and public indices (PMEs).
- Support the creation, oversight, and monitoring of the firm’s performance composites, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill data requests and support client reporting.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes for timely and precise delivery of performance data.
- Partner with technology teams to enhance system usability and validate system improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation outlining processes and procedures to ensure consistent performance reporting.
- Implement controls to identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in investment operations or finance, with exposure to private markets preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reconciling complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven aptitude for working independently and collaboratively in a high-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn new processes and adapt to evolving tools and systems.
- Knowledge of private equity and familiarity with performance measurement standards (CAIA, CIPM) are advantageous but not mandatory.
