Sweet Peet Texas is a premium mulch brand for Texas home gardeners in a category that often lacks a strong social media presence. We’re looking for an intern who can bring direct-to-consumer marketing thinking to an industry that’s been overlooked.
Responsibilities:
- Define and help execute social media strategy across platforms
- Build and support a recurring content calendar
- Develop and run an influencer outreach strategy
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy based on results
- Apply DTC marketing approaches from categories like beauty, food, and home goods
Qualifications:
- Experience with or strong interest in DTC/consumer brand social media
- Ability to plan and manage content calendars and campaigns
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and outreach, or strong interest in learning
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills
- Currently enrolled in a marketing, communications, or related degree program (for candidates seeking school credit)
