POSITION SUMMARY:
Brown Jordan Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across its portfolio of six premium outdoor furnishings brands. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role supports the implementation of marketing strategies, business alignment across assigned divisions, and day-to-day coordination of marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Project Manager and cross-functional teams, the Marketing Coordinator helps ensure marketing activities are executed efficiently and aligned with business priorities.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized marketing professional with a collaborative, creative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building effective relationships across the organization.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
MARKETING & BUSINESS SUPPORT
- Support the Director of Marketing in implementing marketing initiatives aligned with divisional business priorities.
- Coordinate marketing activities and communication across assigned business divisions.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing updates for leadership and cross-functional teams.
TRADE SHOWS & EVENTS
- Support the planning and execution of trade shows and events in close collaboration with the business units.
- Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, vendor communication, and event readiness.
- Assist with post-event reporting and documentation.
PRODUCT LAUNCHES
- Coordinate product information and marketing assets to support new product launches.
- Assist in organizing launch materials (e.g. catalogs, look books) and cross-functional project documentation.
- Support the execution of launch activities across internal teams.
COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGNS
- Assist in the development of marketing briefs for campaigns, product launches, trade shows and marketing initiatives activation.
- Coordinate execution with the Communications Specialist and Digital Specialist across print and digital channels.
- Facilitate reviews and approvals to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Provide reporting on campaign performance in close collaboration with the digital team.
MARKETING OPERATIONS
- Assist with marketing budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination.
- Organize marketing assets, files, and operational documentation.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
- Support continuous improvements to marketing processes and operations.
MARKETING COORDINATION
- Support the Marketing Project Manager in coordinating marketing initiatives from briefing through launch.
- Coordinate communication between Marketing, Creative, Digital, Product Development, Communications, Sales, and external partners.
- Follow up on deliverables and help ensure projects progress smoothly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing including insight, product development and communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or similar tools.
- Experience using AI-powered productivity tools.
