The Ideal Profile
Background: Seven or more years of professional experience in leadership development, education, training, Learning and Development, coaching, consulting, HR or people management.
People-development experience: A proven background in teaching, mentoring, facilitating, advising, leading or supporting others.
Communication: Strong digital, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Professional maturity: Comfortable engaging experienced professionals and conducting structured conversations.
Mindset: Self-directed, coachable, resilient and willing to follow a proven operating process.
