Education & Experience:
Graduation / BBA
Fresh to 1 year of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
Ensure coverage, availability, and visibility of Panther brands in the assigned territory.
Develop market networks and closely interact with local trade.
Achieve daily, weekly, and yearly sales and collection targets.
Execute marketing and sales plans and reconcile ledgers to control market credit.
Develop new accounts and work on weighted distribution.
- Deputy Manager – Organizational Development Location: Head Office Application Deadline: January 26, 2026
Education & Experience:
Master’s degree in Human Resources
8 years of relevant experience
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual appraisals.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
Collaborate with internal and external trainers to design and deliver learning interventions.
Monitor training effectiveness and ROI through feedback and performance improvement.
Support HR in organizing engagement activities, recognition programs, and communication campaigns.
