Puff Media is hiring an Account Executive to join our growing client services team. This is a client-facing role built for someone who knows how to manage relationships, drive projects forward, and communicate clearly with brand partners — and who is excited to learn the TikTok Shop ecosystem from the inside.
You do not need to have TikTok Shop experience. You will be trained on the platform and business model. What we need is someone who can own client relationships, keep things organized, and represent Puff Media professionally in every interaction.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned brand clients
- Schedule and lead client check-ins, status calls, and recap meetings
- Translate client goals and feedback into clear internal briefs for production and creative teams
- Track campaign timelines and deliverables, flagging risks before they become problems
- Prepare meeting agendas, call summaries, and follow-up emails
- Support the team in preparing proposals, quotes, and campaign presentations
- Build a working understanding of TikTok Shop, live commerce, and creator strategy through on-the-job training
Who You Are
- 1 to 3 years of experience in account management, client services, project management, or a related field
- Experience at a marketing agency, PR firm, or brand is a strong plus
- Confident communicator who can manage expectations and handle difficult conversations professionally
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines at once
- Self-starter who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Genuinely excited about social commerce and willing to invest in learning the space
- Based in or willing to commute to Brooklyn, NY
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shop, or live streaming platforms
- Experience working with consumer brands, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle verticals
- Mandarin language skills
