We're searching for a creative, driven Social Media Intern to join our team. You'll get hands-on experience crafting TikToks, engaging with our followers, supporting influencer campaigns, and helping our brand stand out on social.
What You'll Do
- Research micro and macro influencers who align with our brand
- Assist in outreach and help coordinate influencer campaigns via email and ShopMy
- Brainstorm fun, trending TikTok ideas and film them with the team
- Help edit short-form videos that capture attention and fit our brand standards
- Stay on top of social media trends and suggest new creative directions
- Monitor and reply to DMs and customer service messages on TikTok
- Interact with followers — reply to comments, like posts, and help strengthen our online community
What We're Looking For
- Experience with TikTok and posting on the platform
- Creative, proactive, and excited to come up with ideas
- Basic editing skills (familiarity with CapCut or Canva is a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or recent grad)
- Interest in or knowledge of the beauty/cosmetics industry
- Comfortable being on camera
- A portfolio or link to your TikTok/social content is a plus — we'd love to see your work!
