Position: RETAIL TRAINING TRAINEE

YOUR IMPACT:
- Support the creation of our seasonal collection training in partnership with the merchandising team
- Create engaging video contents & support the creation of training modules
- Coordinate the department’s onboarding programs and in-person facilitations
- Track and update our leaders weekly coaching participation
- Track and update the progression of our mystery shopping scores
- Ensure the stores’ proper digital learning completion by following up with leaders and providing weekly reporting
- Track the learning progression of each new employee
- Track monthly training hours delivered by the retail training team
- Update weekly learning curriculum for store teams
- Ensure onboarding resources are continuously updated and communicated to store leaders welcoming new hires
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Education: Bachelors Degree or “Equivalent Experience"
EXPERIENCE:
- Position requires minimum 1 – 2 years of internship or working experience
COMPETENCIES:
- Passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design
- Tech Savvy - ability to learn and utilize various software programs (MS Office Suite, Canva)
- Passionate about communication and education
- Team player and relationship builder
- Strong presentation skills
- Empathetic with great listening skills
- Highly organized with great time management
- Creative with a strong eye for details
- Ability to work autonomously
- Previous fashion or retail sales experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
LANGUAGES: Foreign Languages a plus
