Job DetailsSunday Hospitality is home to a collection of restaurants and event spaces across New York, including Sunday in Brooklyn, Rule of Thirds, Dynamo Room, Bedford Post Inn, and the restaurants within Hotel Chelsea. We’re looking for a Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to support the company's marketing initiatives and bringing our brands to life across digital channels, in-venue experiences, creative projects, all while ensuring a smooth execution of daily administrative operation.
This role works cross-functionally with the marketing, events, operations, and leadership teams to coordinate campaigns, maintain brand consistency, manage administrative workflows, and provide organizational support across multiple projects and venues.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s excited about food, hospitality, events, and storytelling—and wants real, hands-on experience creating marketing that people actually engage with. You don’t need formal experience, but you do need strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to creative design and execute.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build eblasts and email marketing campaigns across multiple brands
- Support the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns, partnerships, and events
- Update and refine sales decks, website content, and event listings
- Mock up custom menus for all event menus, and work with Chef's to update restaurant menus on a weekly basis
- Create marketing materials to live in the restaurants
- Manage shared inboxes and route inquiries to appropriate departments
- Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
- Be onsite for photoshoots
- Help brainstorm and execute creative ideas for activations, partnerships, and guest experiences
- Organize and maintain marketing assets (photos, templates, decks, etc.)
- Serve as administrative support for company leadership and department heads.
What We’re Looking For:
- 0–1 years of experience (school, internships, or personal projects all count)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong eye for design, layout, and brand consistency
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfort working in tools like Canva, Adobe, Google Slides, Mailchimp, etc.
- Interest in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects at once
- A self-starter who is proactive, responsive, and eager to learn
- Interest in hospitality, restaurants, and events
Bonus Points If You:
- Have copywriting or social media experience
- Are tapped into NYC food, events, or cultural trends
- Have worked on decks, branding projects, or campaigns before
