Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, with some work-from-home flexibility. This position is responsible for executing marketing campaigns that promote Kiva Stone’s products, brand, and sustainability initiatives across digital and traditional channels. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, supporting sales initiatives with targeted marketing materials, and developing content for social media, email, and web. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to align messaging, generate leads, and strengthen relationships with fabricators, architects, designers, contractors, and homeowners. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, analyzing customer and market data, and recommending improvements to marketing strategies and customer engagement efforts.
Role Description - Develop and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and support business growth.
- Generate qualified dealer leads and support the expansion of the B2B customer network.
- Create consumer demand through SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize the company website, landing pages, dealer locator, and overall online presence.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, dealer / fabricator campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to maximize lead generation and return on investment.
- Utilize CRM, AI, and marketing automation tools to capture, qualify, and distribute leads efficiently.
- Monitor marketing performance, website analytics, campaign results, and lead quality, providing monthly KPI reports and recommendations.
- Support the sales team with dealer recruitment initiatives, product launches, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
- Research new marketing opportunities, industry trends, and innovative ideas that contribute to dealer growth, lead generation, and revenue.
- Coordinate showroom events and participate in industry related events.
