About the Role
We are seeking an exceptionally analytical, proactive, and operationally sharp Strategic Initiatives Associate to sit within the Office of the CEO and act as a central hub across our executive leadership ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as a force-multiplier for the CEO, driving cross-functional alignment across our C-suite, Partnerships, and Product divisions.
Designed for a high-performing professional with 2 to 5 years of experience (such as ex-management consulting, corporate strategy, or fintech product operations), this role bridges high-level strategic directives with day-to-day operational execution. You will help structure leadership directives, collaborate with Partnerships to sharpen go-to-market (GTM) client targeting and onboarding strategies, and champion the post-onboarding client experience for our Biz2X enterprise partners.
Key Responsibilities
- CEO & Executive Support: Support the CEO in preparing for key strategic discussions, tracking executive deliverables, and managing day-to-day priorities across leadership teams.
- GTM & Partnership Alignment: Work with Partnerships to build actionable, data-backed frameworks for target client selection, pipeline prioritization, and partner onboarding workflows.
- Biz2X Client Experience: Monitor platform performance and user adoption metrics post-onboarding, translating client feedback into functional product requirements for engineering and design teams.
- Cross-Functional Sprint Management: Track key strategic initiatives across business units (Product, Risk, Engineering, Partnerships), ensuring cross-departmental projects remain on schedule.
- Strategic Analysis & Modeling: Build decision matrices, conduct competitive benchmarking, and design executive dashboards to provide actionable insights for C-suite decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic operations, or tech/fintech product operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or an analytical field; an MBA or master’s degree in progress/completed is a plus.
- Strategic & Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to break down complex problems, analyze transaction/user data, and communicate technical/business tradeoffs clearly to leadership.
- Communication & Executive Presence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with C-suite executives and external enterprise clients.
- Technical Comfort: Familiarity with software ecosystem concepts (SaaS metrics, APIs, user journey mapping) and comfort navigating data/project tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Jira, or Trello).
- Mindset: High emotional intelligence, intense organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
