FluidCloud is building the next generation of AI-powered cloud infrastructure technology, working with Fortune 2000 enterprises, cloud providers, and Global System Integrators. We're early-stage, well-funded, and building a team of a handful of exceptional early-career hires who will work directly with the founders — not in a rotational program, not buried in a large org, but at the center of how the company sells, partners, and scales.

What You'll Do
- Work directly with founders on business development and strategic partnerships
- Own research on enterprise customers and identify new opportunities
- Build relationships with customers, partners, cloud providers, and GSIs
- Use AI tools daily to sharpen research, outreach, and workflows
- Support executive briefings, product demos, and industry events
- Build sales pipeline and strategic partnerships from day one
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or graduating soon)
- 0–2 years of experience
- Demonstrated excellence in a competitive, high-performance environment — athletics, debate, robotics, hackathons, entrepreneurship, or similar
- Genuine, hands-on experience with AI tools
- Sharp communicator, comfortable with executives and customers from day one
What You'll Learn
Enterprise sales and business development, cloud and multi-cloud infrastructure, startup strategy and company-building, AI automation, executive communication — with direct mentorship from founders who've built and scaled enterprise software companies before.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base: $70,000–$85,000
- Performance bonus: $10,000–$25,000
- Equity: 10,000–30,000 stock options
- OTE: $80,000–$110,000
