- Omnichannel Consistency Management: Ensure end-to-end visual and messaging alignment across all retail platforms. Execute audits and update assets across all channels whenever a product imagery or branding refresh occurs on one.
- AI-Assisted Workflow Integration: Utilize modern generative AI design tools to draft background variations, perform rapid image expansions, upscale assets, and accelerate production workflows while still maintaining brand authenticity.
- Platform Compliance & Specs: Stay current with evolving image formatting, sizing, and content guidelines for Amazon, Walmart, and Target to guarantee fast asset approval and optimal conversion.
- Creative Asset Organization: Assist in the organizing of assets via our digital asset library (DAM) to ensure seamless workflow across departments - for quick retrieval and clear version control.
Qualifications

- Experience: 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience - bonus if this has included an emphasis on e-commerce and digital retail marketing.

- AI Tool Familiarity: Demonstrated experience using AI design/generative tools to streamline asset production, retouching, or concept iteration.
- E-Commerce Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of standard e-commerce visual hierarchies, A+ content layouts, module specs, and mobile-first design principles.
- Attention to Detail & Consistency: Obsessive attention to brand guidelines, typography, pixel accuracy, and visual alignment across multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Project & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize platform-wide updates efficiently, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
