Working alongside our leadership team and experienced Account Executives, you'll gain hands-on experience developing innovative marketing solutions for some of Chicago's most recognized luxury brands. From print, digital, and social media to experiential marketing and signature events, you'll play an integral role in creating campaigns that connect clients with Chicago's most affluent and influential audience.

Key Responsibilities
Support Account Executives in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns for luxury clients.
Conceptualize, develop, and execute experiential marketing programs and signature events in collaboration with the marketing team.
Assist in preparing compelling client presentations, proposals, and customized marketing materials.
Coordinate print, digital, social media, email, and event campaigns from concept through execution.
Collaborate with the marketing, editorial, creative, and production teams to develop innovative marketing solutions that meet client objectives.
Maintain client accounts, contracts, and CRM records with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Conduct market research, identify prospective clients, and support new business development initiatives.
Assist with event planning, sponsorship fulfillment, logistics, and on-site event execution.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports and client recaps.
Deliver exceptional client service while building strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
0–3 years of professional experience, including internships.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with outstanding follow-through and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn.
Proficiency in creating Instagram Reels and other social media content.
Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, WordPress, or CRM platforms is a plus.
Passion for marketing, luxury brands, media, events, and relationship building.
