We're partnering with a highly regarded lower middle-market private investment firm in Los Angeles that invests alongside founders and family-owned businesses across the business services, consumer services and industrial sectors. The firm has built a reputation for taking a long-term, partnership-driven approach and offers analysts meaningful exposure to the full investment lifecycle within a lean, collaborative team.
This is a great opportunity for an investment banking analyst looking to make the move to the buy-side and work directly with experienced investors on sourcing, evaluating and executing investments in founder-led businesses.
Key requirements:
- 1–3 years of investment banking experience
- Strong M&A transaction experience across Business Services, Consumer Services and/or Industrials
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles
