Position Overview:
We are looking for a Strategy Manager to join our Strategy & Analytics team to drive new projects in the Operations organization with a rigorous analytics lens.
Job description:
- Design and implement experiments to stand-up new Operations motions that drive company value, working end-to-end from building playbooks and training agent teams to reporting on statistical significance and ROI. These projects might look like testing the impact of rolling out a new live chat feature or starting a team to contact idle customers or cleaners to re-engage them.
- In partnership with data analysts, build out KPI reporting for new and existing Operations motions using SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets/Excel and own weekly reporting to COO and other Homeaglow management.
A Great Candidate:
- 1-3 years of experience in a technology or consulting company, and a top-tier university degree in a quantitative field (engineering, business/economics, mathematics, etc).
- You’re an expert at pulling data in SQL and are comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with visualization tools like Metabase, Power BI, Looker, Tableau is helpful, but not required as long as you’re willing to learn.
- You have a natural curiosity to leverage data to solve problems and identify opportunities.
- You’re unafraid of ambiguity. Rapid change and learning is exciting to you, and you thrive in ambiguous, startup environments.
- Familiarity with basic statistics and experimental set-up.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills, and experience driving projects independently.

- Work hours: Negotiable, but must have part of the day overlapping with US Central Time Zone
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech startup environment
Benefits:
- Competitive pay (base starting at $120K+ US annual + bonus + equity)
- Fully remote with travel to 1-3 in-person work-weeks each year
- High-growth opportunity
