First Dedicated Enterprise Outbound SDR

Compensation: $65,000 base salary + commission + equity
Company: 91Life
About 91Life
91Life is building the next-generation intelligence layer and operating system for cardiovascular care.
We are an AI infrastructure and precision cardiology company bringing together data science, mathematics, machine learning, clinical expertise, and modern software engineering to help physicians and healthcare organizations make faster, smarter, and more predictive decisions for patients.
Our work goes beyond traditional digital health or remote patient monitoring. We are building toward a platform that can support clinical intelligence, predictive analytics, workflow automation, longitudinal patient management, and decision support across cardiovascular care.
Through Heart+, 91Life is developing a physician-facing clinical intelligence platform for cardiology. The vision is to give clinicians the tools to better understand patient risk, monitor disease progression, orchestrate workflows, and act on real-time insights from implanted cardiac devices, wearables, and other clinical data sources.
91Life has established infrastructure, clinical relationships, and a foundation for deployment through Ambucor. That installed base helps accelerate our ability to bring a broader cardiovascular intelligence platform into the market.
We are now entering the next phase of commercial scale.
This is not a generic healthcare SaaS company. We are building category-defining technology in one of the most important areas of medicine.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly coachable, intellectually curious, and disciplined Sales Development Representative to help build 91Life’s dedicated enterprise outbound function.
This is the first dedicated outbound SDR role focused on opening doors across hospitals, health systems, physician groups, cardiac clinics, and enterprise healthcare organizations.
You will be responsible for creating qualified conversations with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders. You will learn how to engage complex healthcare accounts, navigate enterprise sales cycles, and communicate the value of AI-powered cardiovascular intelligence in a way that is simple, credible, and relevant.
This role is not just about booking meetings.
You will be trained to understand the market, the personas, the clinical workflows, the business problems, and the Methodical sales framework used to execute disciplined enterprise sales. You will work alongside certified consultants, commercial leadership, clinical leaders, product, AI/engineering, implementation, customer success, and the broader Methodical sales organization.
The right person will become an expert in complex enterprise sales, not just outbound activity.
What You’ll Do
After onboarding, product training, and Methodical certification, you will help drive pipeline creation for 91Life’s commercial organization.
You will:
- Build pipeline through targeted cold calls, email, LinkedIn outreach, account research, and strategic prospecting.
- Research hospitals, health systems, cardiology practices, physician groups, and healthcare organizations to identify high-potential opportunities.
- Map accounts, identify the right decision-makers, and build prioritized contact strategies.
- Engage clinical leaders, executives, operators, physicians, and healthcare stakeholders in professional, consultative conversations.
- Use the Methodical sales framework to structure outreach, discovery, objection handling, follow-up, and qualification.
- Partner with Account Executives, commercial leadership, and certified junior consultants to create qualified meetings and advance opportunities.
- Participate in prospect meetings when needed, take notes, track next steps, and support follow-up.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and accurately track outreach, activity, meeting outcomes, qualification notes, and next steps.
- Share market feedback with sales, product, clinical leadership, AI/engineering, customer success, and enablement teams.
- Continuously improve messaging, targeting, personas, and campaign execution based on what the market is saying.
- Build deep fluency in 91Life’s products, the cardiovascular market, enterprise healthcare buying processes, and the problems our customers are trying to solve.
What Makes This Role Different
You will not be selling another healthcare software tool.
You will be helping bring AI-powered cardiovascular intelligence into healthcare organizations.
That means selling technology backed by mathematics, clinical science, and engineering. It means learning how physicians think, how hospitals buy, how workflows operate, and how better intelligence can materially change decision-making and patient outcomes.
This role is for someone who wants to learn fast, think deeply, and build a career in enterprise sales at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and clinical transformation.
Traits That Set You Apart
Top performers in this role will be:
- Competitive and Driven: You want to win, and you are willing to do the work required to win.
- Highly Coachable: You actively seek feedback, apply it quickly, and improve every week.
- Intellectually Humble: You are confident, but you know there is always more to learn. You ask strong questions and do not pretend to know what you do not know.
- Curious and Fast-Learning: You can learn complex technical, clinical, and commercial concepts quickly and explain them clearly.
- Disciplined: You follow process, execute consistently, and understand that activity quality and activity volume both matter.
- Professional and Consultative: You can speak with physicians, executives, and healthcare leaders in a credible, thoughtful, and respectful way.
- Persistent: You do not stop after one objection. You follow up, reframe, learn, and keep moving.
- Accountable: You take ownership of your number, your pipeline, your preparation, and your improvement.
- Clear Communicator: You can write and speak in a way that is concise, professional, and compelling.
- Mission-Oriented: You care about being part of a company working to improve cardiovascular care, clinical decision-making, and patient outcomes.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We are looking for exceptional talent more than a narrow resume profile.
You should have:
- Prior SDR, BDR, sales, consulting, recruiting, enterprise prospecting, or high-performance customer-facing experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort with outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and account research.
- Ability to learn technical and clinical concepts and translate them into simple, business-relevant messaging.
- Strong process discipline and willingness to follow a proven sales methodology.
- High resilience, strong work ethic, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work remotely while staying organized, responsive, and accountable.
- Willingness to travel to the New York office when needed.
Helpful, but not required:
- Experience selling into healthcare, healthcare IT, SaaS, medical technology, provider organizations, or enterprise software.
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or another CRM.
- Experience with complex B2B sales environments.
Healthcare experience is a plus, but it is not required for exceptional enterprise sales talent. We care more about intelligence, drive, coachability, discipline, and the ability to master complex material quickly.
