About The Role
The role drives corporate finance and regulatory compliance, managing financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting grounded in US GAAP and SEC frameworks.
The team partners closely with leadership to analyze financial data, ensure SOX compliance, and deliver actionable insights that guide strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with US GAAP and SEC standards
- Execute internal controls and SOX compliance testing to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Analyze financial variances and surface actionable insights to cross-functional leadership teams
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to streamline month-end close procedures and data integrity
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis for capital allocation, M&A activity, and strategic investments
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience within a technology or high-growth environment
- Deep technical proficiency in US GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial statement analysis
- Advanced modeling skills in Excel, alongside experience with SQL, NetSuite, and BI tools like Tableau or Looker
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: CPA certification, SQL proficiency, or prior experience in public accounting (Big 4)
