Purpose of Job
This position creates and directs graphic-related work for the company.
Job Duties And Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)
- Create new designs for internal and external printed marketing materials.
- Create presentation materials to support training, management meeting, and executive presentations.
- Develop and implement design strategies to enhance company’s brand image.
- May recommend, implement and maintain hardware and software requirements for the department.
- May write feature articles, newspaper advertising, bios and press releases.
- Recommend, source and manage outside creative resources.
- May provide color copy support for sales associates and representatives of new home development.
- May deliver designed materials to printers/vendors.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Qualifications
Education:
- Associate’s degree in graphic design; or equivalent work experience.
Experience
- 3-5 years experience as a graphic designer on a variety of media including Internet.
Knowledge And Skills
- Proficient in PC and Mac design programs.
- Strong creative and conceptual skills.
- Strong knowledge of printing and electronic production methods.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
