What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you'll focus on building relationships and generating new business opportunities while learning the fundamentals of professional B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities

Prospect daily through cold calling and in-person visits
Identify and qualify potential customers
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
Schedule appointments for Territory Sales Representatives
Assist with customer presentations and sales meetings
Track activities and opportunities using CRM software
Achieve weekly prospecting goals and performance targets
Develop the skills needed to manage your own sales territory

What We're Looking For

No prior B2B sales experience required
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people
Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
Excellent organization and time management skills
Comfortable making cold calls and conducting face-to-face prospecting
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and internet applications
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
