WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This is not an entry-level position. Previous automotive F&I experience is required.
You should know how to structure deals, work with lenders, maximize PVR and product penetration, maintain compliance, protect CSI, and close.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Dealership experience: 6 years (Preferred)
- F&I Manager: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
