RBR Enterprise, LLC is seeking an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company's marketing strategy across digital advertising, social media, content, product marketing, brand development, dealer support, events, and marketing analytics.
RBR designs and manufactures self-propelled fertilizer and chemical application equipment serving customers through a dealer network across North America and international markets.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for strengthening the RBR brand, increasing awareness of RBR products, generating measurable customer and dealer engagement, and supporting the company's sales and dealer network.
This is a hands-on role. The successful candidate must be comfortable developing marketing strategy while also personally executing campaigns, managing advertising platforms, creating and coordinating content, analyzing results, and working closely with sales, engineering, dealers, customers, and outside vendors.
A key responsibility of this position will be taking ownership of RBR's digital advertising program, including Google, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, and YouTube advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Digital Media
Own the strategy, setup, execution, optimization, and reporting of RBR's paid digital advertising programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, and YouTube.
- Manage Google Search, Performance Max, Display/Demand Gen, YouTube, remarketing, and other appropriate campaign types.
- Develop Meta campaigns for Facebook and Instagram, including prospecting, retargeting, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and geographic targeting.
- Develop advertising strategies supporting brand awareness, product launches, lead generation, dealer traffic, demonstrations, and sales opportunities.
- Establish campaign budgets and monitor spending and pacing.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance and business objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing of creative, messaging, audiences, calls to action, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Manage keyword strategy, search terms, negative keywords, bidding strategies, geographic targeting, and audience targeting.
- Develop retargeting strategies for website visitors, video viewers, social engagement, and other relevant audiences.
- Coordinate paid advertising with RBR's product launches, dealer initiatives, trade shows, demonstrations, and seasonal selling periods.
- Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve advertising efficiency and effectiveness.
Analytics, Tracking & ROI
Develop a measurement system that allows RBR leadership to understand not only marketing activity but also its impact on the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/Conversions API, and other tracking tools.
- Ensure accurate tracking of website activity and advertising conversions.
- Track meaningful customer actions including quote requests, contact forms, dealer locator activity, dealer referrals, downloads, phone calls, demo requests, and other lead activity.
- Monitor key metrics including impressions, reach, frequency, CPM, CPC, CTR, video views, CPV, conversions, cost per conversion, cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on advertising spend.
- Work with sales and dealers to improve attribution between marketing activity, customer leads, demonstrations, quotes, and equipment sales.
- Develop monthly marketing reports for management.
- Clearly communicate what is working, what is not working, why performance changed, and what actions should be taken.
- Recommend changes to marketing spend based on measurable performance.
- Develop dashboards that provide management with clear visibility into marketing performance and trends.
The objective is to move RBR beyond measuring marketing primarily through impressions and clicks and toward understanding how marketing activity contributes to qualified opportunities and equipment sales.
Social Media
Manage RBR's organic social media presence and overall social media strategy.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Manage RBR's presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other appropriate platforms.
- Develop content highlighting RBR equipment, product features, customer applications, dealer activity, demonstrations, employees, manufacturing, service, and company news.
- Coordinate photography and video content from customers, dealers, demonstrations, trade shows, and field activity.
- Write and edit social media copy consistent with RBR's brand voice.
- Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to interact with customers and dealers.
- Coordinate organic content with paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor competitor social media activity and industry marketing trends.
- Identify high-performing organic content that can be expanded through paid promotion.
Content Development & Creative Management
Develop and coordinate marketing content that clearly communicates RBR's products, capabilities, and competitive advantages.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop product marketing materials, brochures, advertisements, sales sheets, digital graphics, presentations, and other sales-support materials.
- Write and edit marketing copy for advertisements, social media, website content, product launches, dealer communications, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate photography, videography, graphic design, and other creative resources when outside support is required.
- Develop customer testimonial content and case studies.
- Coordinate product walk-around, feature, demonstration, testimonial, and educational videos.
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging, terminology, logos, colors, photography, and visual standards across marketing materials.
- Maintain an organized library of photography, video, logos, product information, advertisements, and other marketing assets.
Product Marketing & Product Launches
Work closely with engineering, sales, and management to develop marketing strategies for new and existing RBR products.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop launch plans for new machines, attachments, features, and technologies.
- Translate technical product features into clear customer benefits.
- Develop competitive positioning and messaging.
- Create product launch materials including photography, video, advertisements, brochures, social content, website content, and dealer materials.
- Coordinate launch timing across advertising, social media, dealers, trade shows, demonstrations, and public announcements.
- Support RBR's positioning around equipment performance, capacity, durability, productivity, operating cost, serviceability, and total cost of ownership.
- Maintain accurate and consistent product specifications and marketing claims.
Website & Digital Presence
Manage RBR's website content and coordinate ongoing improvements to the company's digital presence.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain current product information, specifications, photography, videos, dealer information, and marketing content.
- Develop landing pages supporting advertising campaigns and product launches.
- Work with website developers or outside resources when technical development is required.
- Improve website conversion opportunities and calls to action.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, lead generation, and dealer locator activity.
- Coordinate search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve RBR's visibility in relevant online searches.
Dealer & Sales Marketing Support
Work closely with RBR's sales team and dealer network to provide marketing support that helps dealers generate customer interest and equipment sales.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop dealer-ready marketing materials for local advertising and social media.
- Support dealer demonstrations, open houses, field days, and customer events.
- Provide dealers with approved photography, video, product information, graphics, and advertising materials.
- Coordinate cooperative or dealer-specific advertising initiatives when appropriate.
- Gather feedback from dealers regarding customer awareness, competitive activity, and marketing effectiveness.
- Help ensure consistent RBR branding and product messaging throughout the dealer network.
- Work with sales personnel to identify geographic markets, customer segments, and products that would benefit from targeted marketing campaigns.
Trade Shows, Events & Demonstrations
Support the marketing strategy and execution surrounding major industry events.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate marketing plans for trade shows, dealer meetings, product demonstrations, and customer events.
- Develop pre-event, event, and post-event digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate signage, displays, promotional materials, video, photography, giveaways, and advertising.
- Capture content at major events for future digital and social media use.
- Evaluate event performance and identify opportunities to improve future participation.
Competitive & Market Intelligence
Maintain awareness of competitive marketing activity and developments within the agricultural application equipment industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor competitors' product launches, advertising, websites, social media, messaging, and promotional programs.
- Identify changes in how competitors position their products.
- Monitor industry publications, digital channels, and customer conversations.
- Provide management with relevant competitive and marketing observations.
- Identify opportunities for RBR to differentiate itself from larger full-line agricultural equipment manufacturers.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- 3–7+ years of marketing experience with significant responsibility for digital marketing and paid media.
- Direct, hands-on experience building and managing campaigns inside Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Demonstrated experience with Facebook and Instagram paid advertising.
- Experience creating and managing YouTube advertising campaigns.
- Working knowledge of Google Search, Performance Max, Display/Demand Gen, remarketing, audience targeting, and conversion-based campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and digital marketing analytics.
- Experience implementing or managing conversion tracking.
- Understanding of Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and related tracking technologies.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA/CPL, conversion rate, frequency, video metrics, and ROAS.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Experience managing company social media channels.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and clearly explain results to management.

This person should be comfortable moving from reviewing advertising performance and reallocating campaign budgets to writing a product announcement, coordinating a video shoot, working with a dealer on an event, or developing a marketing plan for a new RBR machine.
