Are you an experienced sales or account management leader in precision manufacturing looking for the opportunity to make a real, lasting impact?
We are expanding our leadership structure and introducing a brand-new position to the organization: Inside Sales Manager. Because this is a newly created role, you won't just inherit a pre-packaged workflow—you will have the unique opportunity to build, develop, and mentor your own team from the ground up.
If you are passionate about establishing best practices, mentoring direct reports, and setting up a high-performing customer service and quoting team for long-term success within our thriving company culture, this is the role for you.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and daily execution—serving as the primary liaison for key accounts while guiding your team to deliver unmatched accuracy, speed, and responsiveness.
