ABOUT THE ROLE
A confidential employer in Las Vegas is hiring a Web Designer/Developer to join our in-house team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on designing and developing consumer-facing web experiences, integrating product inventory feeds, and maintaining web properties across a multi-location retail organization. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the visual design, UX, and information architecture for a portfolio across multiple brands and locations -- ensuring a consistent, intuitive, and conversion-focused experience across all domains
- Develop and maintain web design standards -- design systems, component libraries, templates, style guides, and page layouts -- that efficiently scale across the organization
- Integrate and maintain product inventory data feeds within website frameworks ensuring listings are accurate and current
- Plan and execute website platform migrations, rebrands, and domain consolidations -- managing redirect mapping, DNS coordination, analytics setup, and pre- and post-launch QA to protect traffic and lead flow
- Design and optimize key customer journeys and conversion points -- including search, product detail pages, lead forms, scheduling tools, and promotional landing pages
- Conduct UX research and testing -- user behavior analysis, heat mapping, usability reviews, and A/B testing and translate findings into prioritized design improvements
- Monitor site performance including traffic, engagement, page speed, mobile usability, and conversion. Establish KPIs and reporting to guide ongoing optimization
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, creative, and content teams to ensure site structure, page design, and technical implementation support search visibility and campaign performance
- Ensure content, pricing displays, disclosures, and data-collection features meet applicable advertising, privacy, and consent requirements
- Manage relationships with platform providers, design agencies, and third-party vendors including scope review, request prioritization, and accountability for deliverables
- Leverage AI tools to improve design output, accelerate development workflows, and increase overall production efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS
- A portfolio is required and must be submitted with your application for review -- applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed
- 3+ years of web design and development experience required -- progressive experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital design, including responsibility for live, customer-facing websites, is strongly preferred
- Solid front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript -- plus proficiency with relevant CMS, design, and prototyping tools
- Demonstrated experience planning and managing website launches, redesigns, platform migrations, or changeovers including coordination with external vendors
- Experience integrating inventory or product data feeds into live web environments -- required
- Experience managing design standards across a multi-site, multi-brand, or multi-location website portfolio
- Experience with multi-location retail website platforms including familiarity with digital certification or compliance requirements
- Proficiency with AI tools applied to design and development work including image generation, code assistance, copywriting, and workflow automation
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work efficiently and on deadline
