Farmers Insurance District Office 5004 is seeking an Agency Business Consultant to support agency owners across the district through business coaching, performance analysis, strategy execution, and operational guidance. This role is built for a results-driven professional who enjoys helping entrepreneurs strengthen their agencies, improve productivity, and build sustainable growth.

As an Agency Business Consultant, you will work closely with agency owners to understand their goals, review business performance, identify opportunities, and help implement practical strategies that drive sales activity, customer retention, profitability, and long-term agency success.

What You’ll Do - Agency Business Consulting & Growth Support

· Conduct regular consultation meetings with agency owners to review performance, business goals, and growth opportunities

· Help agents develop and execute business plans focused on production, profitability, retention, and operational efficiency

· Analyze sales activity, key performance indicators, customer retention trends, and agency processes to recommend improvement strategies

· Coach agency owners on marketing execution, sales routines, staff development, customer experience, and accountability systems

· Support new and established agencies with business setup, launch execution, goal tracking, and best-practice implementation

· Partner with the District Manager to help agencies build stronger, more productive, and more profitable businesses

Performance Leadership & Agency Development

· Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to agency owners throughout District Office 5004

· Provide targeted coaching that helps agents improve productivity, team execution, customer retention, and profitable growth

· Review agency results and help translate data into clear action steps, priorities, and measurable goals

· Assist agents with identifying gaps in sales process, staffing, marketing systems, follow-up routines, and daily operating rhythm

· Promote consistent use of Farmers systems, resources, product knowledge, and district best practices
