The Club generates approximately $7.1 million in annual dues, $2.7 million in food & beverage revenue and approximately 68,000 rounds of golf annually.
Job Summary
Reporting to the General Manager/COO, this senior leadership position oversees accounting, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, audits, internal controls, reserve funding, regulatory compliance and the Accounting Department. The position works closely with the GM/COO, Board, Finance Committee and department leaders.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 7+ years professional accounting experience, including Controller-level experience
- 3+ years managing an accounting/finance team
- Fund accounting and multiple-entity accounting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- HOA/community association, private club or upscale hospitality experience preferred
- Jonas Point-of-Sale and Back-Office accounting and Paychex experience a plus
- CPA or CHAE designation preferred
We are seeking a hands-on financial leader with excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills and the ability to translate financial information into meaningful guidance for management and the Board.
