Job Title: Content Marketing Associate
Reports to: Marketing Lead
Location: In Office – Owings Mills
About EuroSort
EuroSort is a growing, independent, and innovative high-speed sortation equipment OEM and one of the last independent sortation companies in the industry. We are a smaller team who punches well above our weight — delivering large scale automation solutions for the largest retailers, pharmaceutical companies, publishers, and parcel carriers in the world. If you like to move quickly, creatively solve problems, and are comfortable wearing multiple hats, this is the opportunity for you.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Content Marketing Associate to join our marketing team in person at our Owings Mills, MD headquarters and help us continue to build our content development to position ourselves as thought leaders and drive inbound leads. This is not a "post and pray" marketing role. We want someone who can execute on a plan and then come back and say: here are three things we aren’t doing today that we should consider. This position is eligible for an annual 5% target bonus.
You will own day-to-day content execution, manage our editorial calendar, run tradeshow logistics, and serve as the caretaker of our center of excellence. You’ll work closely with our marketing lead and collaborate with our global team in the Netherlands.
This role is ideal for a 1–2-year professional who is ready to take ownership fast and make a visible mark on the company.
What You’ll DoContent Creation & Management
- Write, edit, and/or produce high-quality blogs, whitepapers, magazine articles, email blasts, and newsletters that reflect the EuroSort brand voice
- Regularly audit and update website content to keep it accurate, fresh, and optimized
- Develop LinkedIn posts and collaborate with our Dutch team to build a consistent, on-brand posting cadence
- Team up with the Marketing Lead on the production of customer-facing video content
Editorial Calendar & Planning
- Own and maintain the content marketing calendar, including magazine ad deadlines, email blast schedules, and video production timelines.
- Develop content around campaign themes and ensure timely execution across all channels.
- Proactively flag gaps, opportunities, and ideas to keep driving inbound leads.
Analytics & Performance
- Track content performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Lead Forensics and other tools adjusting strategy based on traffic, engagement, and conversion data
- Monitor the ROI of marketing spend across magazine partnerships, tradeshows, and digital channels.
- Bring data and recommendations to the table — not just reports.
Growth & Innovation
- Identify and surface new marketing channels, tactics, or programs that we aren’t pursuing today.
- Analyze inbound traffic patterns and lead sources to find untapped opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to test, iterate, and scale what works
Center of Excellence
- Own the upkeep, organization, and readiness of our on-site Center of Excellence.
- Handle visit logistics: refreshments, branded signage on entry displays, giveaway products, and a polished first impression.
Tradeshows & Events
- Work hand in hand with the Marketing Lead to plan, prepare, and execute all tradeshow activities from start to finish.
- Collaborate on booth design and brand presentation.
- Track tradeshow budget and performance against goals
What We’re Looking ForRequired
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Sales, Journalism or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, event planning, sales, or other content generating role
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, naturally curious, and comfortable working independently
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong research skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex, technical subject matter and translate it into content our customers want to read.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and when (and when not) to use them. We expect AI to accelerate your work, not replace your creativity.
- Experience in the material handling industry or deep knowledge of a similarly technical space
- Team player – willing to work with all departments within EuroSort to tell the story.
- Ownership mentality: you take the ball and run without needing constant check-ins.
- Ability and willingness to travel for tradeshows and events.
