AEGIS / SSDS Combat Systems Integration & Test Specialist
Location: Moorestown, NJ (Onsite)
Salary: up to $120,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced Combat Systems Integration & Test Specialist with hands-on U.S. Navy experience supporting AEGIS, Ship Self Defense System (SSDS), naval radar, and shipboard weapons and fire control systems.
We are especially interested in former U.S. Navy Fire Controlmen (FC/FCA), Petty Officers, Chief Petty Officers, and Combat Systems Technicians who have served aboard guided-missile destroyers (DDGs), aircraft carriers (CVNs), or supported naval combat-system integration and test facilities.
This is a hands-on Integration & Test position, not a traditional Systems Engineering, MBSE, or software development role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform integration, testing, troubleshooting, and verification of naval combat systems and associated equipment.
- Support AEGIS and/or SSDS combat systems, shipboard radar, weapons control systems, and fire control systems.
- Execute test procedures, identify equipment and system deficiencies, and assist with troubleshooting.
- Support integration activities involving radar, sensors, tactical displays, and combat-system components.
- Document test results, discrepancies, corrective actions, and system performance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration issues and ensure operational readiness.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a U.S. Navy Fire Controlman (FC/FCA), Petty Officer, Combat Systems Technician, or similar technical specialist.
- Hands-on experience with AEGIS and/or SSDS combat systems.
- Experience working on or supporting U.S. Navy destroyers (DDG) or aircraft carriers (CVN).
- Familiarity with naval radar systems, including AN/SPY-1, AN/SPY-6, or other shipboard radar technologies.
- Experience in combat-system integration, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, or operational verification.
- Ability to read technical documentation, follow test procedures, and resolve system issues.
- Experience in a Navy combat-systems test laboratory or integration facility is a plus.
- Relevant Navy technical training and operational experience are highly valued.
Compensation
$120,000 annually
