About the Opportunity
Genuine Funding is a growing direct MCA funder looking for an experienced, motivated ISO Representative to develop broker relationships and generate consistent funding volume.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious MCA professional to build a substantial book of ISO relationships, work directly with our underwriting team, and earn compensation tied to production.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new ISO partners through existing relationships, outbound prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing brokers while managing their existing daily deal flow.
- Reactivate inactive ISO partners and generate additional submissions.
- Educate brokers on our funding programs, underwriting guidelines, and deal structures.
- Work closely with underwriting to communicate offers, obtain stipulations, and move deals through funding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently follow up with ISO partners.
- Meet monthly submission and funding production targets.
Qualifications
- MCA industry experience required.
- Previous ISO relations experience at a direct funder strongly preferred.
- Existing ISO relationships are a major advantage.
- Strong understanding of MCA products, underwriting, and deal structures.
- Excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM preferred.
